New SMS Format For Deposit Verification
Please see below the new SMS format/syntax for deposit verification to LoadCentral text hotline for those who are buying wallets directly from LoadCentral. Here's the advisory from LoadCentral:
Please be advised that today (December 28, 2011) at exactly 5:30pm we will deploy our AUTOMATED Verification Text Hotline. Please advise clients to use correct SMS format/syntax in sending to our Verification Text Hotline to be able to process their details for loadwallet replenishment.

Change of Loadcentral Access number
As you can see I never bothered mentioning all the free Vanity/Gateways numbers that we were using before because NTC took them away. So loadcentral came up with another number which is no longer free- 09229990214.
I heard that LC is still working things out to make sending to this number become free of charge. For the mean time they are recommending all retailers to make use of the UNLI loads or the webtool.
To those retailers using MYPHONE to sell eloads, kindly update "Send Number Setting" just go to:
Pinoy Icon> My Negosyo> Choose SIM1 or Sim2> My Money> Send Number Setting
Go to the blank part (2) In order to add a new number choose Edit and enter 09229990214 and do not forget to ACTIVATE it because from my experience it still sends message to the default number of 2948. So please do activate it! :)

Sell Eloads
To date, there are 3 ways on how you can sell/transfer load to your customers:
1. Through SMS or Manual loading using your cellphone.
2. Using Webtool
Go www.loadcentral.net This Webtool is free for as long as you can access internet from your computer.
Retailer logs in his username using His cellphone number registered to loadcentral. Always replace 0 with 63 whenever you are loging into the webtool.
Example: 639281112222
And of course enter password.
The default password is always 123456 and will only be valid within 1 day from the day of registration.
If you were unable to login to your webtool within the day of registration you can always make a request to unlock it by texting:
After you login to your webtool pls change your webtool password immediately. Pls bear in mind that changing your webtool password won't change your SMS password.
The webtool is very user-friendly and is easy to understand. This is what it should look like after you login.
When selling eloads to your customer you can choose the type of products that you want to transfer to their number by clicking on the drop down menu. After you've chosen the correct product you also have to type in the cellphone number where the product will be transferred to.
Optional Parameter applies, for instance, to Globe loads where you have to specifically indicate the amount that you will be transferring.
3. Using MYPHONE
And because Loadcentral is NO LONGER using 2948 as a gateway number, so you may want to update the Default Number in your MyNegosyo. Click here for Instructions.
